Its principles are the production of the best wine and maximum respect for the land. They therefore use organic farming (certified with the Ecocert seal) and increasingly draw on the techniques and guidelines of biodynamics.
Alain Graillot, the renowned, demanding winemaker of the French Crozes-Hermitage region, is responsible for directing and supervising all of the production processes to guarantee a product of the utmost quality.
